Pan-Oston Inc. (“Pan-Oston”) values the privacy of its customers, employees, vendors, consumers, business partners, and others. Pan-Oston strives to collect, store, process, and distribute personal information in a manner consistent with the laws of the countries in which it does business.

Users may be asked for personal information in connection with one or more of the following:

  1. Our “Contact Us” page will allow users to send communications to us. Users will be required to include an e-mail address that Pan-Oston will use to respond. They may also (optionally) include their name, company, address, and phone number.

This information is maintained at a Corporate or Regional HQ, depending on the position. Pan-Oston is the sole owner of this information and will not sell this information to third parties. Pan-Oston uses personal information for employment-related purposes and legitimate human resource business reasons. Pan-Oston will protect, secure, and process that information in a manner consistent with this Policy and applicable law.

III. INTERNET PRIVACY

Pan-Oston views the Internet, intranets, and other technologies as valuable tools when used for the purposes of communicating and interacting with consumers, employees, vendors, business partners, and others. However, Pan-Oston recognizes the need to maintain the privacy of personal information that it collects through its websites. These websites exist for Pan-Oston to provide information about the products and services it offers to the public.
